I did not get the 25 sleep points on 3/26/2020 for having 7+ hours of sleep 5 nights during the week. Can you help?
That is a great question! I can understand the concern that the process can cause, I would be happy to take a closer look and see what I can do to help!
The Daily Sleep activity will award 25 Points per week that you reach the requirements. This will also award a max of 6 times each plan year for a total of 150 Points.
After reviewing your account, I can see that you have met the max for hits activity. When your plan year renews, you will be eligible to receive these Points again.
