I haven’t received any points since the end of January. I use my Apple Watch everyday for my works out which consist of 3-4 times a week.
I apologize for any concerns regarding your Apple device pairing with GO365. It looks like we are getting your current and last few months worth of steps. Please check your daily workout points on your GO365 Statement to see this as well.
Looks the app started capturing my data on the 18th of March. The support person I talked to said he could add to my account the 30 days before, so back to Feb 17th. I dont see any data on that. Can you clarify what points are missing? The reason I ask is because data from your Apple Health device is showing accurately.
