Hello. I tried to use my healthy food card today, and it was declined. I wasn't able to get my 10% discount. I would like to be credited for the discount t I didn't receive.

If the card was saying declined, it was trying to run like a gift card and not a rewards card. Was this the only transaction that had this error? Do you still have a copy of the receipt?
Yes, this was the only error, and I've attached a copy of the receipt to this email. When I used the card on 4/11/2020, it worked with no problem.
