My 365 app did not record steps from March 14-28. It did before and after those dates. The fitbit app has them recorded. I use a Charge 2.
I can confirm that your steps, and Points, have now updated. Please be sure to open your Fitbit app daily (if possible), as waiting longer than 7+ days to sync will causes gaps in data sent to Go365.
