I apologize for any issues with your Apple Watch syncing with Go365. I have tried to pull the data from your device, but I am not getting anything to pull over. I am unable to delete apple health from having access to 365. I have lost almost 7 weeks of steps and points.

You will have to follow the link I provided you. You will not have to delete the Apple Health, but to resync it to establish connection.
