Polar re-sync .....

Hi, I resync'd my Polar device per the emails I've gotten recently.   I had a workout earlier today (around noon) and it has yet to show in go365.   Usually the workout imports from Polar within an hour or 2.   Can you confirm if you see the polar device connected?   Thanks!
