Why is it i have lost all activity on my account from 3/11/2020 to today 4/8/2020. There is not point in joining something that isnt accurate and keeps loosing my data. How can o get my step onto my account ?
I am so sorry for any frustrations going on with your daily workout activity. I want to reassure you that we are getting all you daily workout data from your Samsung Health. Data from 3/11/2020 to present date are now showing.
I have no information logged on Go365 since 4/6 either.
I apologize for the issues going on with your information being carried over to Go365. I want to reassure you that I was able to pull data up to 4/7. If you run into this issue I would suggest disconnecting and reconnecting the Fitbit from and to Go365. If that does not work please reach out to us and I can look into this further.
