My activities aren’t being applied in my account

The last 3 days I either haven’t gotten my points or they weren’t the correct point.

i also tries daily challenges and my steps aren’t tracking.  So frustrating when your app is not user friendly.

serious issues when I need points for insurance credit for the year.
