Literally every time I use the app it requires a unique code to be emailed and typed into the app. This has been going on since last fall. I've updated the app every time an update is available. I've deleted the app. Cleared app data. Cleared cache. Done everything I've been able to find and read about. So many others at work are experiencing same issue as me and gave up on the app long ago. If this app is required to help influence the cost of our health insurance how is it possible that such a poor user experience and faulty app is forced upon us?
