I cannot tell if my Fitbit Charge 2 is syncing to Go365. Also I am not getting points for steps.
I am so sorry for any concerns regarding your Go365 daily workout points. I want to reassure you I was able to pull the data from your Fitbit device which means that its connected. Other good news, is that I was able to pull the last 60 days worth. So please allow up to 48 hours for steps and points to reflect. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
