Runkeeper has stopped syncing to with my account last week. The last day was April 7th. I disconnected and reconnected the application to Go365 today, and it still is not syncing.

I can see that your Runkeeper has been syncing and awarding. Please let me know if there any specific days that are still missing.
Around that time, there was a delay with Runkeeper that caused workouts to not show. It can normally take up to 24-48 hours for workouts to sync with Go365 after they have been sync'd and saved with your Runkeeper app.

I was able to get my points from last week, but the same thing is happening this week. I walked on Monday and should have had over 200 calories. Then yesterday I had a run for 300+ calories, and a walk for 200+ calories. It previously would sync quicker. Was there a recent update that you know of? I walk or run daily.
The same issue has occurred. I have not received any points from Runkeeper since last Friday. When I send a message to this forum, it seems to get fixed. I have disconnected and reconnected the app a few times.
