I work nights, so many of my steps come late in the day. It seems like my late steps are not getting counted. Last week it cost me the extra 50 points for achieving 100 points in a week.

I can see that you are using a Fitbit for your device. Fitbit will automatically send the last 7 days of data after you sync your Fitbit tracker to your Fitbit account. Any steps reached within the day, 12:00am-11:59pm, will be backdated even if it has been a couple of days since you had last sync'd.
Please take a look at your Daily Workouts and let me know which days are showing incorrect or missing steps and I would be happy to investigate further for you!
