I have not received any points since 3/15. I have followed the instructions found on these threads multiple times to uninstall go365, restart my phone, install go365 and link to apple health. It does not work. Each time I receive this message: Health Connection Unsuccessful There was a problem syncing your account to Apple Health. It does not give me any options to do anything differently. What does work? I don't really need an apology from you - just a solution please. Thank you!
