I’ve been tracking weight for well over a year. I haven’t received points for several months.
It sounds like you are referring to the Weight Log, a Weekly Log activity. Have you still been manually tracking your weight within Apple Health? If so, unfortunately it is not being sent to us (which would be why the Points are not awarding for this activity).
Do you have an active activty set as you have to set every 28 days to continue earning points.
Of course. I would reset the same activity every month when it notified me. I haven’t received points in months.
Yes I log it in the Apple Health app every Monday. How can I make sure it’s being sent to you? Do you have any instructions? Anything helpful?

If so, great!
What you will need to do is delete the Go365 mobile app, reinstall, and reconnect Apple Health. When reconnecting, be sure you select to "turn all categories on" to allow all data types to be shared with us (including weight).

GO365 has been recording my workouts/steps so it’s odd that the activities aren’t being recorded.
I checked to see if GO365 and Apple Health were connected and they were. All categories are turned on. So, I disconnected Apple Health, uninstalled GO365, reinstalled, and will see what happens.
This is frustrating.
