Everytime I log on I have to get a new verification code and it is getting annoying why can't the app remember my device?

Are you using an Android device? There is a known issue that is causing the need to re-verify your device with each login. Our IT department is working with Samsung and they are expecting a fix to be released shortly to address that issue.

Did you follow the process in the link above? That should take care of the issue for you, and then you should no longer be affected. If not, you will no longer be prompted to complete the 2-step process after the issue is corrected.
You can always delete the Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app to refresh everything as well.
