My garmin device syne my steps to Go365, but has never synced my workouts.
I do apologize for the concern regarding your Garmin device. Unfortunately, it does not show any device is connected on our end. I would suggest going through the connection process for the Garmin devices. Here is a helpful link to do so: How to connect your Garmin

I have disconnected and reconnected my device 3-4 times in the last month
and that still does not help my work-outs sync.

I am so sorry. When you go onto your Go365 is it showing that the Garmin is connected? If not, I would recommend going through the connection process and allow up to 48 hours for data to show.
