App not syncing with Apple Health

My Go365 is not syncing with Apple Health.  I have done all the things - uninstalled, deleted, reinstalled, reconnected Apple Health.  I am so frustrated.  What do I do?  It's been since 4/4/20.  I have tried everything suggested here and all the places I have googled.
