Looking for bike ride credits on Runkeeper. Last 4 rides did not post. I uninstalled runkeeper from go365 and reinstalled it. Nothing changed. Any advice? I am on a points journey right now and every point counts

Can you please disconnect Runkeeper from Go365, and reconnect once more? Your connection is still showing as failed. You do not need to delete either app.
