My Alta fitbit synced 1 time early yesterday with go365 but has not synced since that 1 time.
I am sorry for any concern regarding your Fitbit device. I want to reassure you that I was able to pull data since 4/19 to present. Please allow up to 48 hours for data and points to reflect. If you run into this issue a good suggestion would be to disconnect and reconnect from GO365 for proper connection.
