why is your app not logging the correct steps for my account? i am loosing spending points. on april 5, 2020 i had over 16000 steps but it only recorded 11 points?
Thank you for reaching out in regards to your steps. Are you frequently opening your Fitbit app to allow your Fitbit tracker to sync with your Fitbit account?
I am not showing that Fitbit is sending us consistent data, and that is typically a factor. Even if you have all-day sync turned on, you will still want to open your Fitbit app each night, and ensure that your step data is showing there. Once on your Fitbit account, it will transfer to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
On 4/5, we only received step data from Apple Health (nothing from Fitbit). I was able to manually pull over some missing data, including that date.
