We had biometrics on 3/31 and I haven’t been awarded any points
I can confirm that your Biometric Screening results have been received, and processed. When looking for your Points, please be sure to look on both the date of service, and the first day of your current plan year. If you had in-healthy range results from your Biometric Screening last year, then you were automatically awarded the Points againa for blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol (on the first day of your new, current plan year).
