Runkeeper hasn’t synced since 4/7

I have seen multiple posts on this but I haven’t seen a real response as of yet. People are being advised to disconnect and reconnect but then won’t I lose all my points since 4/7? Runkeeper always worked consistently before now, it appears something has changed.
