Received step points for April 20, April 22 and April 26, but nothing in between these dates. Is Go365 experiencing issues with FitBit connections?

I am missing my steps from Friday, July 24th (14,046). I’ve missed the 14 daily step points, the 14k steps in a monthly step challenge as well as the 50 pts for Exceeding 100 pts/wk.
Please advise if there is something I need to do on my end.
Thanks for reaching back. It looks like there's over 20,000+ steps for that day specifically that you mentioned coming from your Fitbit device. Also, the exceeding 50 points and exceeding 100 points have been awarded accurately up through July as well. No issues in regards to your points. Thanks again for reaching out!
