I was able to manually refresh your account, and obtain the missing step data. You will see your Points update within 24-48 hours.
Please be sure that your are physically opening your Fitbit mobile app, and allowing your tracker to sync. Once your steps are showing on your Fitbit account, they will be automatically sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours. If you go more than 7 days without syncing your device, then there can be gaps in step data received by Go365.
