I am trying to log in my Go365 app and it is saying my Id or password is invalid. Try back later I have my correct id and password

Are you entering your username or an email address as your user ID? You must enter your username (email does not work on the mobile app).
If you are certain you are entering the correct username and password, then please try deleting the Go365 mobile app, reinstalling, and trying again.
