My fit bit shows connected as a device. I joined the 100 day dash but my steps are not showing. Since it started i still show 0 logged steps.
Thank you for reaching out to us. Are your steps showing on your Fitbit account? Unfortunately, I am showing that there is no recent step data on the Fitbit account you have connected with us.
If you use the Fitbit mobile app, you will need to physically open the Fitbit app and allow your tracker to sync. Once your steps are showing on your Fitbit account, they will automatically transfer to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
This is just one day and another that are not loaded. The dash started on
april 20th and neither of these days are

Here are two more
If you scroll back within your step data, are you seeing steps from prior to 3/12 on that account? If not, it is likely that you are now using a new/different Fitbit account.
Please verify your login credentials (email and password) for your current Fitbit account, disconnect Fitbit from Go365, and reconnect the appropriate account.
