I have looked at the history on my account and on days I have run 5K or 10k I still have 0 points and the activity is not consistent.... why
Daily activity, in general, is awarded under Daily Workout Points. You earn 1 Daily Workout Point for every 1,000 steps.
The Verified Activity is additional Points that are awarded if you achieve at least 7,500 steps within the day. This is associated with a Recommended Activity currently specific to you. If you sign into your Go365.com account, you will see that you are being awarded the additional Points, when applicable. They show as "0" on the Go365 mobile app, as Recommended Activities are only available on the web.
I apologize for any confusion!
Sorry still unclear….i can only see points on the web… not on the app…is
that correct? How is it determined 7,500 is the recommended amount of
steps for me?
That is correct. The additional Points for Verified Physical Activity - 7,500 steps achieved will only show on your Go365 Statement on your web account, not the mobile app.
Recommended Activities are determined by your answers on the Go365 Health Assessment, and the Biometric Screening (if/when you have one completed).
Okay , thank you I will go look on the web.
