I notice that my Health IQ points have not been showing up in my Go365 app. I have logged out and back in again and there is no change. Any idea why this is happening?

Yes I have had it synced with the app for over a year. I have logged out of it and reloaded in to see if it corrected it but so far no.
I apologize. I was actually inquiring whether you have the Daily Health quiz activity set? You can verify by signing into your Go365 mobile app, and clicking "Activities." If it is currently set/active, it will be listed under "Activities in Progress" and will state how many days are remaining.
If it is not listed, then you will need to click the "+" > choose Daily health quiz > Set. Points will only award if the activity is set/active, and will need to be reset every 28 days.
Thank you. I didn't know it had to be reset. There is so much about this program that is very confusing to figure out. I have reset it.
