I used to get points from cycling using my strava app but have not received any since October of last year any reason why

Your Strava connection needs to be refreshed. To complete this, you will need to disconnect Strava from your Go365 account, and then reconnect.

Great question! Strava data will backdate up to 60 days, or the first date of your current plan year (whichever is less, as we are unable to go back and award for activities completed in a prior plan year).
I encourage you to keep an eye on your account, and notify us if you see this occur again in the future. We are able to fix it if you catch it, and let us know.

Occasionally there are updates that can cause issues with the connection (whether the update is with your phone, Go365, or Strava), so we do ask that members watch their accounts to ensure that they are being awarded appropriately for all completed activities.
