I have deleted and re-installed the Go365 app and same issue.
I am very sorry for the issue going on with the 2 step verification code on your application. Can you verify what type of phone system you are using? Is it Apple or Android? Thank you for your response. There has been a known issues with Android, but there is a workaround. If you go on the web and login you will have to change your communication preferences from phone to email or email to phone whichever one is selected you will have to do the other. Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns.
