Steps not syncing
I can understand the frustration that can cause when checking your Daily Workouts. I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
Are you still seeing a discrepancy with your Points for your Daily Workouts? I can see that steps have updated through yesterday. If you are still seeing an incorrect number, please let me know and we can work together to get this resolved.
It can take up to 24-48 hours after your device has sync'd for the steps to reach Go365 and Points to award. It is not uncommon to see a discrepancy in the total number of Points while your device is syncing. Please know that these will be backdated as soon as all of the steps are received for that day.
