I can confirm that we are still receiving your sleep data, however, you have met the max Points allowed for the Sleep Diary activity (for the plan year - 150 Points).
Unfortunately, no additional Points will be awarded for this activity until your policy renews.
So does that also affect challenges? I am in a challenge which hasn't been calculating my sleep hours correctly.
It will not affect any sleep challenges you participate in, no. Go365 will receive the sleep data that you manually input into your S Health app. It can take 24-72 hours to flow to the challenge, however. That is why there is a "tallying" period at the end of each challenge. This allows members to input data/sync their devices, prior to the results being tabulated.
Points are awarded for challenge participation, not for placement, etc.
