I followed steps to sync my Withings/Health Mate to Go365 and received confirmation of setup. Now I am not able to log onto Go365 on my phone app. Keeps telling me I have an error. What is wrong?

Sorry for any confusion on my end. As stated above, Medicare members do not have access to the Go365 application. Looks like you have a Medicare plan so in this case you do not have access to the mobile app only the website.
