Thank you for looking at my account. I did not get a new phone or any new devices. It looks like everything is connected. Apple Health shows connection. I disconnected Fitbit and reconnected it. Is there something else I need to do?
I can confirm that we are beginning to receive your step data once again, from both devices. Great job!
Please be sure that you are frequently opening your Fitbit app to allow your tracker to sync. Once your steps are showing on your Fitbit account, they will be sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
You will also need to frequently sign into your Go365 mobile app, as doing so is what pushes your steps over to us from Apple Health. Please let me know if you have additional questions!
