My 365 hasn’t synced since April 17? I’m connected with my Apple Watch and Apple health, not sure why it won’t since anymore. I typically have to log in and back out and it will sync, but that isn’t working anymore.
I do apologize for any issues going on with your Apple Health connecting to Go365. Can you attempt to disconnect the Apple Health and reconnect it for me? This will reestablish connection between Apple Health and Go365. Attempt this and if nothing shows within the next 24-48 hours reach back and out we can look further for you.
