not tracking points at all

I have not had my points added to my account at all for about 10 now. I have disconnected and reconnected my Fitbit. I have test everything and still stuck at 414 to go to hit silver. Why is this happening. I have lost thousands of points. Please tell me how to ride this because it is costing me money on my insurance.
