I have to enter a six digit verification code every time I log into my Go365 account. Even though I have clicked the remember my device box. This happens on my home computer, work computer, and cell phone.
I apologize greatly for any issues going on trying to remember your device on the app or website. I would suggest going through the website. If you can, first, clearing your cookies/history and then attempting to login. This will resend a new code making sure the device is saved after confirmation.
