I bought my galaxy active 2 a couple months back and have all of my workouts and steps logged, but go365 doesn't seem to recognize or sync any of it. Is it possibly something I'm doing wrong?
After reviewing your account, it appears that you first connected S Health as of 5/9. Workout data is only sent to us after the connection has been made, as you doing so is what provides the authorization for the data to be received.
