I was participating in the “Continue being more active” activity, which should have ended today, but it automatically reset to 55 days instead. Why? And will I get my 400 points?
I do apologize for any issues or concerns regarding the continue being more active activity. I want to let you know that the official end date to complete the activities within the recommended activity go until the 55 days. You may have completed this portion of the recommended activity which will award to you once the 55 days end. I want to reassure you that you will receive that 400 point award since this portion is completed.
What I’m trying to say is that my 55 days should have ended on XX/XX/XXXX. I had been checking it nearly every day for the last week or so. On XX/XX/XXXX, instead of saying it was done and awarding me points, it said I have 55 days to go. Is it making me start all over, and if so, why? I never reset the activity or signed up for it again.

Sorry for any miscommunication. It is part of an overall recommended activity. You have completed a portion of that activity, but the overall activity will complete in 55 days which is July. You will receive the 400 points once the overall recommended activity has ended. To answer your question, no it did not restart you, it is now counting down the overall recommended activity which the continue being more active is part of.
So am I done with the activity? Did I reach the goal that I needed to reach before Monday? DO I still need to reach 10,000 steps 3x a week? What am I supposed to do in the next 55 days? I am confused. Activities shouldn’t be this hard to understand.
Sorry for any confusion. Yes you are done with the activity regarding the 400 points, but the recommended activity will not award until the 55 days are up.
