My step count from 4/29 and 5/10 are missing from Go365. Can you please update that?
I am so sorry for any issues or concerns regarding your steps coming over to Go365 accurately. I want to reassure you that I am able to see your step data from the connected devices on your Go365 account. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for data and points to reflect if that have not already done so.
Note: I would also suggest disconnecting and reconnecting your devices on to Go365 if any data is missing to establish correct connection. Feel free to reach out if you have further questions or concerns.
I did try and disconnect and reconnect the Fitbit from the Go365 account
and the steps and associated points for 4/29 and 5/10 are still missing
from the statement.
