Hello, my steps are not transferring from Fitbit to Go365 since XX/XX/XXXX. I deleted and reinstalled the app still not working. Please advise.

My Fitbit is synced with Go365 but the steps are not registering in Go365. I deleted and reinstalled the app but still not working. What can I do?
