I stopped receiving daily workout points over a month ago despite using the same running app I always have and running multiple times a week using that same app. I’m getting only monthly points, but not the daily points that I used to get.

I would be more than happy to investigate this with our IT department. Have you recently disconnected Runkeeper from Go365 and reconnected?
I can see that you average 25-35 Points per workout, is that still accurate? I would be more than happy to take a look at your Points as well.

I should add that the app I’m using is Runkeeper. It was tracking my daily workouts just fine previously.
I literally ran a half marathon the other day and didn’t get points for it. I tracked and submitted it like normal via Runkeeper.
Both my Runkeeper and Go365 apps are updated.
