I was over 6,000 points (bucks) and now I am back to 1,800. I read that we would not lose points when the accounts were transitioned. Why did all my points reset?
Sorry for any concerns regarding your Go365 bucks. It looks like you started a new policy on XX/XX/XXXX and your previous policy ended on XX/XX/XXXX. When this is the case not all bucks will rollover from one plan year to the next.
So I just lost 6,000 points?! This just happened. 5-1 to 5-12....I received an email that stated I would keep all points. Now you say I get no credit for any workouts, etc since Jan 1? Please clarify as I will filing a complaint if this is the case.
Sorry for any concerns. If you started a new policy from your previous policy it will act as if you are new member in which the bucks from the previous policy did not rollover to this current policy that started on 5/1.
