I have started the Walking Break activity. It is asking me to submit photo proof, but there isn't any way to submit a photo on that page in the app. Also, I don't seem to be getting any step credit from my apple health app. Can you help with this?

I can confirm that we are, unfortunately, not receiving any data from Apple Health. When you see this occur, we recommend that you delete your Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app. You will then need to reconnect Apple Health.

*Be sure to "turn all categories on" when reconnecting, to allow all data types to be shared with us
Apple Health Tips
In regards to the walking break activity, you should be prompted to submit one photo as proof of activity completion, after the activity has expired. If you click on Activities, it will say "submit photo proof" in orange.
