I have a new fitbit, as well as the old fitbit.  I can't get the new fitbit to sync to Go365, so therefore do not get credit for all my steps.  Can you help me??

New Fitbit will not sync to Go365.  Not wearing the old Fitbit.  No steps are registering.  How can I get Go365 to connect with new Fitbit???
