How do I make the Go365 app retrieve this information? I’ve reset my Fitbit and reconnected it to Go365. It DID retrieve the last week, but cut out the whole month before last week.

I can confirm that your steps, and Points, are now updated. Please be sure that you are frequently, physically opening your Fitbit app and allowing your device to sync. Once your steps are on your Fitbit account, they will transfer to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
If your steps do not sync from your Fitbit tracker to your Fitbit account, then they will not be sent to Go365.
