My points have not fully synced since XX/XX/XXXX. Why does this keep happening? I log into the Fitbit app and the Go365 app almost every day.
Can you confirm whether your steps, and Points, have now updated?
Your steps should transfer over to Go365 within 24-48 hours, after they are showing on your Fitbit account. Occasionally there can be delays, or other, if Fitbit completes updates etc. on their end.

The more recent dates have been updated. However, 4/28 and 4/29 have not. 4/28 I have 8,460 steps and 4/29 I have 7,138 steps.
