My Fitbit is showing me walking but it is not registered for May 10-13. I am not getting credit for some of the sponsor events. I don't understand why I am getting zero if I do the work.

I can confirm that your steps, and Daily Workout Points, have now updated for the dates you have listed. Please remember to open your Fitbit app frequently, to allow your tracker to sync. Once your steps are showing on your Fitbit account, they will be sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
In regards to Sponsored Challenges, you can be awarded for two Challenges per month (100 Points total, 50 Points each). After that, you will see a 0 due to maximum Points awarded.
