I spoke with Kari @ Humana/Go365 and she told me to disconnect/remove HealthIQ & start over w download & reconnect. Did that, still no quizzes! Hope you can help!

I followed the directions and it shows I am connected to HealthIQ app but

Sorry for the same issue going on. You have to make sure to login with your email and password, not thru Facebook or we will not get any of the data. I again, would check your connection to Go365 and login status because the only date is the one you stated that I am seeing.
I am not on fb, so do not log in there.

Ok thanks. Again, follow the correct prompts to connect and login. Once a quiz is completed it can take up to 24 hours to award. We are only getting the 1 date stated. Thanks.
