I have reached out to several representatives and I still don't see my steps being recorded on the go365 app from the
Whitings Nokia app.
I am so sorry for any issues with your Withings device. Can you verify if you are manually entering the information in or is it automatic? I want to make sure data that is being transferred over to Go365 is not manually done because we cannot accept this. Thank you.
I was speaking to Angela a Go365 representative just now. She said she put in a ticket for IT to look into this, because since the new Go364 update for some reason the information is not being uploaded she said.No I have a Nokia Whitings app that keeps track and has been connected with Go365 fine until April 26th. I've never enter information manually. I already told this to several representatives.Thanks
